My stay at the hotel was impressive. The spacious room with a kitchenette and sitting area was perfect, although the lack of proper windows was a downside. The service provided, such as arranging two baby cribs for our twins, was exceptional. The central location allowed for easy exploration, although long walks to restaurants were needed. The delicious food served was a culinary delight, and the facilities offered added to the overall experience.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location is superb, just a short walk from the Historic Zocalo and very central to get around. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-equipped, providing a cozy home away from home. The service was top-notch with attentive and helpful staff showcasing the amazing hospitality of Oaxaca. While the dining experience was excellent, the cook wasn't always there. Overall, a wonderful stay!
